Introducing Eve -
our new events venue

After seven years of hosting hundreds of unforgettable events, we decided it was time to expand, and found the perfect location - right next door.

In September 2024, we opened Eve, our private-hire venue, exclusively for events, that features two rooms and can accommodate up to 100 guests.

With Eve, we bring our extensive hosting experience to a new level, offering a specialized service with flexible, custom-designed menus, a dedicated kitchen, and a professional hosting team. All of this, while maintaining the unique Night Kitchen atmosphere you love.

  • Guests: 13-80

    Private room: Yes - can also be shared

    Our Main Hall includes a cosy lounge area for enjoying welcome drinks, six tables for 12-14 guests, and a warm, inviting ambience for large groups or several smaller ones with something to celebrate. It's perfect for weddings, birthdays, corporate dinners, and many other occasions.

  • Guests: 13-20

    Private room: Yes

    Our 'Fancy-Schmancy' room is ideal for private events of up to 20 guests. With a single, large table for all to sit around, it creates an intimate and exclusive atmosphere. Perfect for special dinners or corporate gatherings such as round tables or meetings.

FAQ

  • Please send us an inquiry via our event form or by email at events@nightkitchenberlin.de.
    Once we confirm availability, we will provide you with a contract. To proceed with the booking, please return the completed contract to us. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the countersigned contract from us.

  • You will enjoy our pre-set event menu featuring modern Mediterranean dishes designed for sharing and served family-style. The menu can be tailored to your preferences.

    Dietary requirements must be shared with us in advance, as we cannot guarantee accommodation of allergies or intolerances communicated on the spot.

  • No. For events, we work exclusively with our food and beverage packages. The selected package applies to the entire group and cannot be changed during the event. Additional drinks can be ordered on-site.

  • If you’ve hired one of our rooms privately, you can choose your own background music — just share a Spotify playlist with us. 

    We manage the music volume responsibly throughout the event and take special care after 10:00 pm due to our residential surroundings.
    Please note: our space is designed for seated dinners and conversations rather than dancing. We don’t permit DJs or live performers. 

  • Our standard event duration at eve is 3 hours. Extensions are possible upon request and subject to availability. Please note that the latest possible closing time is 1:00 am.

    Extension hours must be requested in advance or agreed upon during the event. Extension charges are calculated per person and per hour, based on the number of guests present.

  • We provide a microphone and speaker. We do not provide a projector. If you bring your own, you are welcome to use our projection screen.
    Please note that this is only possible for private hire bookings and depends on the number of guests and the room setup.

  • Yes — we are a dog-friendly place and will make sure your dog is comfortable and gets plenty of water.

  • We ask for a 50 % down payment, with the remaining balance due after the event.

    Down payments can be made via bank transfer. Final payments can be made via bank transfer or by card/ cash on-site. 

    Online payment links and AMEX are not accepted.

  • For events, we offer pre-agreed food and drink packages and ONE consolidated bill. Individual payments at the table aren’t possible.

  • Our event venue eve is fully indoors. During the summer months, we may open the large front windows facing Oranienburger Straße to create a more open atmosphere. This area can be used for a short welcome drink before the seated dinner. It is not intended for extended stays.

    Night Kitchen is located in the Heckmann Höfe courtyard. Outdoor options may be discussed seasonally, depending on availability and weather conditions. The garden closes at 10:00 pm out of consideration for our neighbours.

  • Our concept is based on a seated dinner experience. We do not offer buffet or flying buffet formats.

  • Yes, but please coordinate with us beforehand. As we serve a shared-menu format, tables need to stay mostly clear, and large centerpieces are not suitable.

  • Arrival more than 15 minutes before the official start time (e.g. for setup or deliveries) must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

  • Yes -  lunch events for up to 30 guests can be hosted at Night Kitchen. For groups larger than 30 guests, we host lunch events in our event location eve.

  • Cancellations up to 7 days before the event are free of charge.  For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, the down payment is non-refundable.
